Default ECHO? Can someone explain how it works?

Arcane Echo

When I use echo, then a spell, echo repeats that spell for 20 seconds...

The questions are as follows...

Say that the spell has a 5 second cast time and a 5 second recharge time with a cost of 5.

1: Will echo be able to cast that spell for an additional 2 times (10 seconds per spell cycle)

2: When does the first repeated spell start, for example: echo is casted, spell is casted, 5 seconds pass for the spell to start, then does echo start that process again right after the casting time for the spell?

3: does echo cost any additional energy, for example: echo is cast (which costs 5), then spell is cast (which costs 5), then does it only cost me a total of 10 energy before and during the time that echo is replicating the spell?

This is how it works:

Cast Arcane Echo, then cast another spell. You'll notice that as soon as you've cast your second spell that your arcane echo will change into the second spell... ready to be used in the exact same way as the second spell you've casted.

1. So basically, you can cast the same spell a total of 2 times with the aid of AE.

2. The second spell doesn't start automatically. You would cast it just like any other spell whenever you need it.

3. It would only cost the the energy of the second spell when you cast it a second time.

Echo {Elite} - Enchantment Spell - 5 energy - 1 sec - 30 sec recharge
For 10-26 seconds, Echo is replaced with the next skill you use. Echo acts as this skill for 20 seconds.

Flame Burst - Spell - 15 energy - 3/4 sec cast - 5 sec recharge
All nearby foes are struck by jets of flame for 7-91 fire damage.

1: I cast Echo
2: I cast Flame Burst (FB1), Echo changes into FB (FB2)
3: FB1 launches after 0.75 seconds, I cast FB2
4: FB2 launches after 1.50 seconds
5: FB1 recharges after 5.75 seconds, I cast FB1
6: FB2 recharges after 6.50 seconds, FB1 Launches, I cast FB2
7: FB2 launches after 7.25 seconds
8: FB1 recharges after 11.50 seconds, I cast FB1
9: FB2 recharges after 12.25 seconds, FB1 Launches, I cast FB2
10: FB2 launches after 13.00 seconds
11: FB1 recharges after 17.25 seconds, I cast FB1
12: FB2 recharges after 18.00 seconds, FB1 Launches, I cast FB2
13: FB2 launches after 18.75 seconds
14: FB2 turns back into Echo after 20.00 seconds

Now I would assume this would be feasable if I was able to have the 120 energy it would cost me to use it...

Is this accurate for how echo can be used?
